Why not indulge in a truly relaxing but invigorating full body/ back and neck Swedish Massage. Applying a light, medium or firm pressure according to preference, this form of massage helps to relax taught muscles, stimulate blood flow, improve lymphatic drainage and decrease the build up of lactic acid and muscle toxins through a combination of traditional sweeping (effleurage) and percussive (tapotement) techniques. In just one session, you can expect to experience huge benefits to both body and mind, through the reduction of cortisol(the stress hormone) in the body. A session of at least 45mins up to 1.5hours is highly recommended.
